The hotel was in a quiet area which was perfect for us, close to the beach and shops. We had a comfy room with a balcony, nice, and the rooftop pool was clean and warm. The staff were super friendly, especially toni at the reception. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was fresh and well presented. All-inclusive option gave us amazing value, really enjoyed the varied meals every night.

We would like to stay longer and strongly recommend this place to anyone, liked it. The hotel is perfect, has great views and unbeatable location really close to different restaurants as well as Benidorm in the future. Satisfactory breakfast that includes cereals, cakes and pancakes. Stylish and fabulous room equipped with essentials you need for nightlife.

Benidorm bliss with a twist 🌞
Had a jol at the rooftop pool-lekker views and a peaceful vibe. Chommie at reception was super helpful. The buffet for brekkie was decent, especially the fresh fruit!
The entertainment was a bit repetitive, got kinda boring after a while.

The dining experience was disappointing as the food was very repetitive and not great tasting, hard to enjoy.

The family room was spacious, but the air-conditioning was loud and ineffective.

The all-inclusive food was enjoyable, with hand-pulled noodles being a standout dish. The staff provided excellent service, particularly Ana at the pool bar, who was attentive. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with hints of dirt and plumbing issues affecting comfort. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and lacked fresh quality options.

Check-ins were a slow process, and you'll need a passport-no eID here, which feels a bit archaic. They seem to be stuck on a whimsy of their own and often skip the first floors completely. Plus, the food temperature is an issue-many dishes come out lukewarm, so expect to hit the microwave at the buffet. Don't lean too hard on vegetarian options either. The acoustics are thin. I was like I was sharing space with the neighbors . Lastly, parking costs €15 per night, a bit cheeky when you consider other places throw it in for free.

Delicious food and a relaxing rooftop pool
The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits and tasty pastries. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing scenic views and a calming atmosphere for relaxation. I felt the entertainment could be more inclusive of English-speaking guests as most acts were in Spanish.

comfortable stay but some areas need improvement
The bed in our suite was comfy. The bathroom was large, with both a shower and a bath. I enjoyed the city view, especially during the evenings when the lights sparkled beautifully.
The check-in process was a bit slow.
